twisted my ankle yesterday
so my rite ankle is 3x the size of the left one
i didnt realize that it will get this bad
so i didnt do anything bout it yesterday
n i was still wearing flip flops this morning
but it hurts when i walk now
needa go to the health center to get it fixed
