Finally! after 3 months of waiting (Nov - Feb)
Dear Yinting, We just received word from the IES Abroad Tokyo center that Kanda has processed your COE! We expect to receive the COEs in our Chicago office early next week. In the mean time, we need you to verify the address to which you would like your COE and supporting IES Abroad visa documents sent. Please respond to this email with the information below: Name: Address: City: State: Zip: Phone number: We will be shipping your documents via FedEx trackable services. There will be a signature required so please provide an address where someone will be able to sign for this packaged.
